Brandon Harris fined $21,000 for hit on Lions returner

Brandon Harris has been fined $21,000 for his hit on Lions punt returner Stefan Logan on Thanksgiving Day.

Logan, who didn’t signal for a fair catch on the play, was judged to be defenseless and that cost the Texans 15 yards.

But Harris said he’ll file an appeal.

“They took my whole paycheck,” Harris said.
